Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance following visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team.
• Assist with inventory management and control expenses.
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures and follow company policies.
