• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance per visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support Store Manager in building a high-performing team and living Newell Brands values.
• Support inventory management and control expenses; follow safety and ethics policies.
