Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• Retail environment experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and developing customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and KPIs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance, planograms, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support Store Manager in building a high-performing team and fostering teamwork.
• Support inventory management and cost control, follow safety and ethics policies.
• Aim to meet or exceed KPI goals through planning and execution.
