Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payment methods.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courtesy, speed and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition processes.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishment.
