Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greeting customers.
• Assist customers with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and restock shelves to ensure availability.
• Operate POS system, handle payments accurately, apply promotions.
