Job summary

UNIQLO, a Fast Retailing brand, is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in San Diego, CA. You will deliver exceptional customer service, answer product questions, and help customers find items that best fit their needs.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and assist with cashier duties and shipments. The position requires weekend availability and a 7 am start when needed, with a seasonal end around 12/31/26.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand for long periods, read terminals, move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards.
• Pro-actively meet customer needs using UNIQLO service standards and six phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed.
• Act as cashier following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure floor merchandise is full and on display.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
