UNIQLO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Sherman Oaks, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will excel in customer service, help customers find products, provide in-depth product information, and close sales.

This role runs August through December 2026 with key holiday dates requiring availability. Expect to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and assist with cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 6 months retail experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and read computer terminals.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standards.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required, following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise on floor in full size run.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
