Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Ashland Town Center

Bath & Body Works is hiring for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find products, and supporting store goals during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and appealing.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by adhering to all safety standards; perform duties that may require standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform other duties to maintain store appearance and customer service standards.
