What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

1. Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
2. Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
3. Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting in locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, including assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting shoppers, and processing sales and returns. This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles depending on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role generally does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support of neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker also requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance (except CSA Front End), and over 10 pounds (only CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, Sales Floor): At least 6 months of experience using a computer and a handheld device to input and access information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.
