Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to greet customers, share knowledge about durable workwear and outdoor gear, and assist with fitting and styling. You will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver a down‑to‑earth, customer‑first experience during our busiest seasons.

You will operate the POS system, handle cash and returns, restock and organize sales floors, set visual displays, and keep the store clean and safe for a fast-paced season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with fitting and styling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
