TSP talent is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet shoppers, listen to their needs, and guide them to fragrances, body care, and home items.

You will restock, maintain displays, support promotions, operate the POS accurately, and uphold store standards while collaborating with the team to meet seasonal sales goals. This role is based in Odessa, Texas. Weekend availability preferred.
