What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

1. Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
2. Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
3. Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Each role has specific key responsibilities, for example: assembling merchandise, stocking, loading for customers, assisting with shopping, and processing sales and returns. This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to help with other duties as needed. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Must be available any day of the week for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift more with assistance (except CSA Front End).
• Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds without assistance; may lift more with assistance (only CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker – Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor) – 6 months of experience with computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information) and using handheld devices for data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker – 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs – 6 months of retail experience, including customer interaction, product knowledge, and resolving customer issues.
