Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive product recommendations, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and contribute to a positive in-store experience while aligning with Columbia Sportswear’s values and teamwork culture.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with consumers and answering questions about product features and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) accurately and efficiently.
• Help manage product flow by receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise to support store profitability.
