Job summary

belk is hiring for Full-time, Part-time and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. Seasonal team members deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will greet customers warmly, process transactions, assist with merchandising and curbside pickup, and contribute to a collaborative team culture while upholding store standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a goal-driven mindset.
• Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work with technology including smartphones and tablets.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be able to move 50 lbs and be around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with purchases and inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle returns with care.
• Support store operations like fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, attractive selling spaces and clear signage throughout the store.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to help customers.
