Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver in-store operational excellence, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness to support an exceptional guest experience. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced beauty retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
