Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and deliver a premier guest experience. You will stock merchandise, keep displays fresh, and assist with inventory and replenishment to ensure products are always available for purchase.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proficient with POS system and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Achieve compliance and completion of task dashboards, shipments, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training.
• Adhere to policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
