Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work in various retail stores on a part-time, hybrid schedule. You will stock, organize and monitor Hallmark products, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets with the store teams.

Daily duties include using a Hallmark mobile device for inventory, reporting, and communication with supervisors. The role offers paid training and voluntary benefits; typical hours are 12–14 per week with opportunities for pay increases.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work in various store environments and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays and peak periods.
• Department resets: participate in fixtures setup and layout changes.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support stores.
