Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory in retail stores, collaborating with local store teams to maintain displays and optimize stock levels. You will use a Hallmark mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory, and participate in seasonal resets and installations as needed.

This part-time role requires flexibility around holidays and weekends, with opportunities to support other merchandisers in the field as part of the One Team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grip, pull, lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to access information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and among assigned stores.
• Part-time schedule requiring availability around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark displays and inventory inside and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, relocations and remodels with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support teammates in other territories.
