Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently, showcasing organization and time management while building retailer relationships and serving as the in-store face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory.

You will support seasonal resets, installations, and cross-store teamwork, with opportunities to work with other products in the stores you service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open/read documents and interpret information.
• Must have access to a Wi-Fi network and internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a provided mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete required merchandising surveys; manage the Hallmark product displays at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays; may work on holiday itself including weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixtures, relocations, and resets; remodels announced two weeks in advance; may require evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: be part of a network of merchandisers who support colleagues across territories.
