Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team in delivering magical holiday memories for families. You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate and develop staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities beyond the season and exclusive holiday perks for you and your family, including free Santa visits and photo prints.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and assist guests in selecting memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
