Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate at our Chico Mall location. On-site role with a pay range of $16.90 to $18 per hour, base plus commission for Teammates in this position.

The role focuses on guest service, transactions, and supporting store operations. The role includes duties such as greeting Guests, processing transactions via POS, staying informed on promotions, and assisting with merchandising while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and organizing fixtures.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all store policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission by performing duties with high Guest service and contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
