Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate cash register in LEGO stores with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Maintain a clean, safe, visually appealing store environment and follow visual standards
• Assist in receiving merchandise and maintain stockroom to store standards, report shortages
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed
• Engage customers and promote promotional materials and loyalty programs
• Perform typical store operational tasks during shifts
