Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a dedicated logistics processor to operate in a fast-paced retail environment. You will independently manage receiving, unpacking, and delivering merchandise to selling departments while ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

You will use inventory systems to track shipments, maintain clean stores and stockrooms, and support store operations including events and backroom organization. Flexibility to adapt to business needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating fixtures.
