Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a logistics processor to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will receive, unload and deliver merchandise to selling departments, and fulfill customer orders promptly while ensuring quality and packing standards.

You will use inventory management systems to scan, process and research shipments, assist in backroom organization, and provide general store support such as event setup and markdowns.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, e.g. setting up events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
