Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members to thrive in a fast-paced store environment and deliver a welcoming, inclusive customer experience. You’ll help customers, support stockrooms and salesfloors, and collaborate with teammates to keep areas organized and ready for business.

Roles span Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment, with opportunities to assist across platforms (in-store, online, mobile) and participate in rewards programs, while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready and re-merchandised throughout the day.
• Assist customers with cashiering across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting with returns to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer area and return clothing to the salesfloor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies used in the environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program.
