Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. in the United States is seeking a logistics processor to support receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments.

You will fulfill customer orders quickly, prepare and ship orders to meet quality standards, and use inventory systems to track shipments and stock levels. The role also involves keeping selling floors and stockrooms neat, and providing general store support such as setting up events and relocating fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments per inventory controls.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including events, backroom setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation.
