Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Nordstrom Rack team member to deliver a fast, friendly customer experience.

You’ll work with teammates to keep the sales floor runway ready, assist customers at checkout across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, and ensure clean, organized spaces. You will also stock and merchandise, manage stockrooms, and use inventory systems while following asset protection standards and participating in store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teammates
• Comfort with handling merchandise and operating a POS system

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor runway ready through merchandising and straightening
• Assist customers at cashier and across platforms (in-store, online, mobile) with transactions
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience and greet customers
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise properly ticketed
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and uphold standards
