Job Description

The ideal Store Support employee has a passion for fashion, is positive, energetic, and enjoys providing excellent customer service at the point of sale.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
2. Ensure the service process is quick, easy, and enjoyable by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion.
3. Maintain the department’s appearance by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
4. Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
5. Build customer relationships by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
6. Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed.
