Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Store Support teammate to deliver exceptional customer service at the point of sale and help keep the department runway-ready. You will assist customers with sales, returns and transactions, while staying updated on fashion trends and products to aid purchase decisions.

You will also help with restocking, cleaning, and supporting other store areas such as order fulfillment and order pick-up, contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Physical Requirements

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay Range Details

$20.15 - $20.95 Hourly
