Job Title: Seasonal Cashier/Customer Service Associate

Location: Lake Oswego, OR, USA ● Store 532, 16211 BOONES FERRY RD

Seasonal Cashiers support the store during the busy summer months. These are temporary roles starting mid-May and ending in September. In this role, you will ensure our customers have a clean and well-stocked store for their convenience. You will greet customers with a smile and provide top-notch service. Your main task will be operating a register, but you'll also be involved in cleaning, stocking, receiving deliveries, and more. Shift: Part-time, variable hours

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer warmly, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Accurately ring up sales, apply available discounts, and follow all policies and legal requirements regarding restricted sales.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Meet physical demands such as standing, lifting, bending, and pulling items.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Leadership qualities and integrity.
• Team player mindset.
• Experience in cashiering in food service or retail preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.
• Legal age to sell regulated products (alcohol, tobacco) and to work around slot machines in NV.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and twisting.
• Lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work safely in conditions with heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals from gasoline and cleaning products.
