Job summary

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for our Las Americas Premium Outlets location in San Diego, CA. You will empower customers by bridging online and in-store shopping and by explaining fabrics, fit, and features of our products.

This role reports to the Store Manager and runs for 3–4 months with a potential extension. You will engage customers, assist with store events and promotions, maintain merchandising standards, and communicate inventory needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabrics, fit and features to drive sales.
• Connect online and in-store shopping experiences for customers.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager and help hit store goals.
• Operate safely; unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
