Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for our Brea Mall location in Brea, CA. You will help deliver a best-in-class retail experience and assist customers in connecting their online and in-store shopping journeys.

Join a dynamic team reporting to the Store Manager; support with inventory, merchandising, and events. This 3–4 month role may extend for the right candidate with a flexible onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with moving and assisting in-store inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function to customers.
• Engage customers in-store and at events to drive sales and enhance experience.
• Maintain store merchandising for easy shopping and added value.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve service.
• Meet and strive to exceed store objectives in performance and sales.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs as needed.
