Wolverine Worldwide in Altoona, PA is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will help customers select footwear and apparel, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

This role welcomes flexible weekend/holiday availability, prior retail experience is preferred but not required, and strong communication and a positive attitude are important.

Responsabilités

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adherence to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Seasonal; Holiday availability during November and December
