Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking an in-store associate to deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers select footwear, and maintain store standards. You will engage customers, explain product features, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Role requires weekend/holiday availability, a positive attitude, and capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting. Training on our brands, including Hush Puppies, Merrell, Saucony, and more, is provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
