Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, keep a clean and organized sales floor, and support daily sales operations during peak periods.

You will greet customers, answer questions, restock merchandise, and process transactions with accuracy while promoting the MINISO Membership Program. A high school diploma and friendly, reliable teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greeting customers.
• Assist customers with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Process transactions and returns using POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory restocking and promote MINISO Membership.
• Follow all store policies and safety guidelines.
