Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families in Myrtle Beach. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel orders to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent customer service and keeping the store safe and clean.
