Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming store environment, understand guest needs, build loyalty, and maximize sales potential.
• Team Experience: Support Store Manager and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Operational Experience: Assist with inventory management, maintain store appearance, follow safety and loss prevention policies, and meet KPI goals.
