Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking an in-store associate to create exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations in Des Moines. You will help customers select footwear, apparel and accessories, share product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, upselling where appropriate, handling stock replenishment, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Educate customers on products and build rapport with them.
