Columbia Sportswear Company is hiring a Part-time Regular and Seasonal Retail Associate in our Washington, PA store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar role or specialization.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems, and various retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions on product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) accurately.
• Assist with product flow, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
