Job summary

Marshalls is hiring in Puerto Rico to deliver a high-quality customer experience in-store. You’ll engage with customers, process sales and returns, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting loyalty programs and loss-prevention initiatives.

You should have strong customer service skills, adaptability for a flexible schedule, and effective communication. Retail experience is a plus for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support loss prevention standards.
• Restock and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet store goals.
