Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the floor and support store recovery.
• Adhere to labor laws, safety policies, and loss prevention standards.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
