Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for Crocker Park in Westlake, OH. You will join a dynamic team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, connecting online and in-store journeys with knowledgeable guidance and high energy.

You’ll support store events, manage inventory flows, and help hit sales targets while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include at least 1 year of retail experience, familiarity with active lifestyle products,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and community initiatives.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to the purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help improve the business and meet store objectives.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals while upholding safety and security standards.
• Unpack boxes for inventory and assist with stock as required.
