Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Allen, TX is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations and stock duties as needed, making a strong impact during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from a warm greeting to efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist front and back of house
• Assist with point of sale and payment processes
• Process omni-channel requests and collaborate with team
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about rewards program
