Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Minimum age 16.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, operate a cash register, and handle payments.
• Provide fast, courteous service and uphold POS standards.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl's branding.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment.
