Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service at the point of sale and in customer services processes. You will focus on fast, friendly service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across transactions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating a cash register, processing payments, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting in onboarding new hires. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising processes.
• Assist in training new hires on POS procedures and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishment.
