Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Maintain POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Support inventory accuracy and replenishment activities.
• Assist in training new hires on POS procedures and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register cash balancing and change orders.
