Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and engage with shoppers in our Dawsonville store. You will answer questions, recommend products, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 or fewer years of experience in a position or specialization (retail).
• Ability to operate Inventory and POS systems and various other retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing consumer questions and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stockroom.
• Handle cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately and efficiently.
• Support store profitability by managing product flow and ensuring accurate stock levels.
