Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional in-store experiences through positive customer interactions. You will use problem-solving and sales abilities to address questions and recommend products while upholding Columbia’s values to enhance customer service and teamwork.

In this role, you’ll help maintain store standards, assist with cash register transactions, and support inventory and product flow to drive store

Formación

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering consumer questions and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety, and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product flow and stock handling.
