You will engage customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive store culture while adapting to changing needs and assisting in multiple areas as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model customer experience practices to internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sale floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink-reduction initiatives.
• Support safety and other duties as assigned.
