Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for HomeGoods in Lincoln, NE who deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and support merchandising and loss-prevention efforts to help drive store success.

Responsibilities include operating registers, promoting rewards programs, and assisting in store recovery and safety initiatives. Prior retail customer service experience is preferred and a responsive, teamwork-oriented attitude is essential.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Follows labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Contributes to shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
